Briarfield at The Ridge is a licensed 180-bed nursing center located in Mineral Ridge, Ohio near Interstate 680, Interstate 80. and State Route 11, providing wound care, IV therapy, medication management and much more. We offer:

5000-square-foot rehabilitation gym.

The Suites at Briarfield – Rehabilitation Services
Rehabilitation is available in The Suites, a short-term unit with private rooms and hotel-like amenities. A separate entrance is available for the convenience of visiting family and friends. Short-term term services include:
- IV therapy
- wound care
- medication management
- diabetic teaching
- much more
Renaissance at the Ridge – Assisted Living Services
Briarfield at the Ridge also offers enhanced assisted living services for those who need assistance with daily living activities in the Renaissance unit. Renaissance offers 24-hour nursing care and therapy services are available as ordered by the attending physician.

Bratton Court and Nora’s Place – Dementia Care
These two specialized units within Briarfield ridge offer compassionate dementia care. Bratton Court is an all male dementia unit and Nora's Place is an all female dementia unit. Under the direction of a certified Dementia Care Practitioner, the units are equipped to meet the unique needs of those suffering from dementia.

- A network provider for insurance products offered by Anthem Senior Advantage, United Health Care Medical Mutual and many others
- Other insurances accepted and negotiated on a case-by-case basis
